These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skies Science website and the purchase of any products offered through it (the “Service”), operated by Bossbee Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Skies Science computes a Vedic-astrology-based attire recommendation from the birth details you enter and offers cotton garments and attars (fragrances) for sale. The astrological computation is performed in your browser; see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Nature of the recommendations — important

Our recommendations concern attire and fragrance only. They are offered for personal interest and lifestyle guidance. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we make no predictive claims about life events, outcomes, health, wealth or relationships. You use the recommendations at your own discretion.

3. Orders, pricing and acceptance

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price/description error has occurred.
• We strive for accuracy, but product colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. All fabric is cotton by design.

4. Returns, refunds and shipping

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service — including the engine, text, design, logos and imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer the engine, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its recommendations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under applicable law.
