These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astro Morning website and app (the “Service”), operated by Bossbee Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Astro Morning is a free and open Vedic-astrology guidance app. From the birth details you enter it computes your chart and daily, monthly and yearly guidance — including colour and attar suggestions, favourable timing, practices and remedies — together with free calculators. There is no account, no signup and no payment. The astrological computation runs entirely in your browser; see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Nature of the guidance — important

The guidance is offered for personal interest and lifestyle purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we make no predictive claims about life events, outcomes, health, wealth or relationships. Any action you take based on the guidance is at your own discretion.

3. No purchases

The Service is provided free of charge. There is no store, subscription or payment of any kind, so no orders, returns, refunds or shipping apply.

4. Intellectual property

The Service — including the engine, text, design, logos and imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission. The classical texts and traditional sources we cite remain the works of their respective authors and traditions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer the engine, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
