Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original tags and packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, attars (fragrances) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
4. How to start a return
- Email hello@skies.science with your order number and the item(s) and reason.
- We’ll confirm the return and share the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with its tags and packaging.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method and will be credited within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
For a different size or colour, start a return as above and place a new order, or ask us and we’ll help arrange the exchange subject to availability.
Damaged / Exchanged/ Replaced Products will be delivered to you within 10 days.
