Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your order is shipped and delivered.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation, and tracking details once your order ships.

2. Delivery estimates

• Within India: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• International: available on request — please email us before ordering.

3. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹2,000 and above (within India).
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
• Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your order to delivery.

5. Delays

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions or incorrect/incomplete addresses. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.

6. Lost or stuck shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email hello@skies.science with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
